At The Cutting Edge, we stand by our gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all performance equipment and apparel. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
